ROGER ALLOTEY (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER)

He has had over fifteen years experience in the airline industry, having held various management positions in Internal Audit, Corporate/Commercial Monitoring and Evaluation, Corporate/Commercial Policy and Development, Commercial Operations and Overseas Operations. Until he joined the Safeway team, he was a consultant in Aviation and Management.

Roger holds a Masters’ degree in Business Administration (Marketing Option) from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon, and a Bachelor’s degree from the same school, with a major in Accounting.  He has participated in several airline courses and seminars.

PHILIP OFEI DJAN  (GENERAL MANAGER, COMMERCIAL)

He has had over twenty-one (21) years experience in the airline industry.  He worked in various sections of the former Ghana Airways Ltd and held positions in Liberia as the Sales Manager and in Takoradi as the Area Sales Manager.

Philip holds a Diploma and Consultancy Certificate in International Air Transport from the International Air Transport  Association (IATA) in Geneva.  He has participated in several airline related educational courses in Ghana and overseas which includes a Certificate in Marketing Management.

GIDEON NII KWATEY QUARTEY (GENERAL MANAGER, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION)

He is a graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. Prior to joining Safeway Travels, he worked with the Office of the Head of Civil Service as an Assistant Director in the Personnel Policy and Monitoring Department.
